We raise funds in many different ways, especially through events, but our main income is through generous donations and regular subscriptions. The application form to become a Friend is shown at the end of this page, together with a Standing Order form for regular subscriptions, however if you wish to make a single donation please complete the donation form below (this uses a form generated by CAF: Charity Aid Foundation). Don't forget to use 'Gift Aid' if you are a UK tax payer.

FOSM Privacy Notice

 

The Friends of St Mildred's take data protection very seriously.  The personal information that you had supplied us with will be used by The Friends of St Mildred’s in order to send you information about our activities, events and fundraising appeals.  If you have asked us to set up a Standing Order Mandate to collect your subscription or donations, this information will have to be shared with your bank in order to set up the Mandate.  If you have kindly agreed to Gift Aid your subscription, your name and address will need to be shared with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in order to claim the Gift Aid.  With these exceptions, The Friends of St Mildred’s will not share your data with third parties, including departments of St Mildred’s, except where required to do so by law.
